		<description>Hi Bob -  Those are excellent points.  Regarding "emotion", I used to work for a company that was run by engineers -- who were convinced that people bought based on logic, and only logic.  False.  The truth is found when you realize what you're really selling.  A product or a service... or the satisfaction you'll enjoy using that product or service?  And, being a "hero" is a pretty heightened emotion, I think.  Keep writing -- it's good stuff. - Scott</description>
